Recently the House and the Senate passed legislation to extend the $8,000 home buyer tax credit to May 1, 2010, for first-time buyers and add a $6,500 tax credit for repeat buyers if they've lived in their home for five of the past eight years. Home prices are capped at $800,000. This is great for our Community and rebuilding our economy.

FQ Story Historical Christmas Tour
What an amazing week-end! The FQ Story Christmas Tour took place this past week-end. We were fortunate to hold 1137 W. Willetta open in conjunction with the tour. With the help of Global Home Furnishings, we had over 1500 people tour this Home!
